Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags and labels intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shreedevijewellers.com and provide us with the order number and reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund. The refund will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days.

Refunds:

We offer full refunds for products that are defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at contact@shreedevijewellers.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.

In case of a refund, the amount will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days of the product being returned to us.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that have been altered, modified or customized as per your request.

Exchange:

At present, we do not offer exchanges for our products. However, you can initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
